Heather Lowe has been a great help to me in my struggle to lose weight and get fit. In the years that I have worked with Heather, she has helped me with self-confidence and weight loss. I struggle with Lupus which had manifest in stokes, and general tiredness. The right side of my body has been the greatest challenge for me. The doctors sent me home from the hospital with a list of things I could not do and told me to get naps when I get tired. It took me a lot of years before I realize that I could so some of these things again with Heather's help. I'm now able to do some of things that they assured me I couldn’t do. I have days that I can’t cope, but they are few and far part. Also, the eating program is working for me as I have lost 40 lb. in the last years and I feel fitter than I have in years.

I have been “Weight Training” with Heather for almost six years. I suffer from arthritis which started quite early.
As expected, the pain progressed during the years. The advice given by Doctors is “ Keep moving”. First Dance Fit, then Weight Training were my choices. I had excellent instructors and very good “Personal Trainers”. Heather was and still is the one who impressed me the most with her knowledge. She started working to develop my muscles around the painful ones. Shoulders, hips, knees, etc. Soon enough I was developing some secondary muscles I’ve never known they even existed. Eventually, the kind of activity she was providing me with, was what I needed most.
After several years of weight training with Heather my shoulders and hips are pain free. The stubborn knees need more work.
Every move with Heather has a purpose. I learned to like and appreciate ever changing routines which involves different muscle groups. Her stretches are just perfect also. She knows what is needed whenever, wherever a
pain strikes. It may be lower back, upper back, cramps, etc.
It is so satisfying to observe that she can work with anyone, at any age with ease. She is very pleasant to work with.
I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the way she keeps me active, healthy and happy.
